Thank you for choosing Unique Tutorials! Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with our tutoring services, we’re here to help.

Cancellation Policy

  • Session Cancellation: You can cancel your tutoring session up to 72 hours before the scheduled time to receive a full refund. If you cancel within 72 hours of the scheduled session, a cancellation fee may apply. To cancel, please contact our support team at support@uniquetutorials.in with your session details.
  • Subscription Cancellation: If you have a subscription plan and wish to cancel, you can do so from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made.

Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refunds:
    • Single Sessions: If you’re not satisfied with a single tutoring session, please contact us within 7 days of the session date with your session details and feedback. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
    • Subscription Plans: If you wish to request a refund for a subscription plan, please contact us within 14 days of the initial purchase. Refunds will be considered based on the usage and remaining period of the subscription.
  • Process for Refunds:
    • Step 1: Contact our support team at support@uniquetutorials.in with your session or subscription details and the reason for the refund request.
    • Step 2: Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Step 3: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Additional Information

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund within the specified time frame, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@uniquetutorials.in.
